Appointment Preparation & Timing

• For services lasting 30 minutes or more, please expect up to 10 minutes of preparation time for consultation, undressing, and getting comfortable.

• For services under 30 minutes, please allow up to 5 minutes of preparation time.

• We ask all clients to arrive at least 15 minutes early to their scheduled appointment. This will allow sufficient time for check-in, forms, and treatment discussions.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced. Spa 9 is not responsible for making up lost time due to late arrivals.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This policy helps us manage bookings effectively and offer the slot to another guest.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the full service price being charged.
